Imaging Method Lights up Brain Oxygenation
ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 11, 2024 — Researchers at the University of Rochester and University of Copenhagen’s Center for Translational Neuromedicine developed a bioluminescence imaging technique that tracks the movement of oxygen in mice brains to reveal the level of oxygen present in the mice’s cortical tissue under different physiological conditions.
