Request InfoNanonics Imaging Ltd.Nanonics Imaging has introduced a near-field optical microscope attachment that can be placed on the stage of a conventional far-field optical microscope. The NSOM-100 combines low-resolution far-field optical, medium-resolution confocal and high-resolution optical/scanned-probe imaging. The entire sample can be reviewed at a high lens-based resolution with upright or inverted far-field microscopes. This permits accurate tip positioning over a 16-mm field and online viewing during scanned-probe image acquisition.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content September 2022 IssueCRISP Autofocus SystemThe Continuous Reflection Interface Sampling and Positioning system (CRISP) is designed to maintain focus over time, i.e., to compensate for thermal and other factors that may cause the sample to...BioPhotonics May/Jun 2023 IssueMonochrome Microscope CameraThe Digital Sight 50M monochrome microscope camera from Nikon Instruments Inc. conducts high-precision analysis and large-volume sampling for use in applications such as well plate screening. ...Promoted Content June 2023 IssueCustom Microscopes and Optical SystemsPrior Scientific has developed OpenStand to offer a working platform to build OEM solutions and one-off customizations with excellent value for money and reduced development time.
