CARLSBAD, Calif., May 18, 2016 — Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. has announced the Invitrogen Evos FL Auto 2 Imaging System, enabling users to rapidly capture and analyze higher-quality images and scan up to four fluorescence colors and transmitted light. A new design features a 23-in LCD monitor with a revised user interface focused on work flow, which can be tailored to the sample and data required for experiments such as collecting Z-stack images in time-lapse mode. Users can now define a scan area in low magnification and acquire images at higher magnifications. The instrument is also compatible with the Evos...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jul/Aug 2022 IssueSpectrophotometerThe NanoDrop™ Lite Plus Spectrophotometer from Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is an entry-level system that allows users to quickly and easily assess sample concentration and purity ratios. ...Promoted Content February 2024 IssueLightning-Fast LED IlluminationCoolLED's ground-breaking pE-800 Series Illumination Systems for fast, powerful, and affordable imaging is popular for high-speed live cell fluorescence — but the potential applications don't...Photonics Spectra March 2024 IssueImaging PhotometerThe GeoImage™ from CRAIC Technologies is a microscope imaging photometer designed to provide advanced material analysis for geology, mining, and environmental research.
