The ODD-525W, designed specifically for the automotive and colorimetry industries, has an active area of 0.62 mm² and operates between 450 and 570 nm, with a peak sensitivity response at 525 nm. The photodetector has a spectral bandwidth of 70 nm, features low dark current of 30 pA typical and 100 pA maximum, and uses no optical filters.
